Building the ecosystems that bring children to school and keep them there

We bridge the gap for vulnerable communities and out-of-school children, promoting school enrollment, attendance and retention.

Our approach to schooling

At ILP, “Schooling” means more than enrollment. It means ensuring every child gets to school, stays in school, learns well, and transitions smoothly to higher classes. We work primarily in remote, rural, and disadvantaged communities a who have minimal access to education. Our work starts with the community: activating parents, mothers’ committees, and School Monitoring Committees to take ownership of their children’s education.
